Why is that I can't find good written Lucius/Harry fics or even Lucius/Severus/Harry fics?
The few I find are sub-part writing and I get bored reading it thinking, "I could do so much better than that," "that's a weak excuse for a plot device" "sirius and remus would never do that, but dumbles would, why not make dumbles the guardian (I thought dumbles was the guardian in the first place" "lucius malfoy does not cry...even over the angst of not having his mates" "what the hell is with this story it makes no sense."

Some had interesting summaries and plot ideas...but god the writing was bad. It wasn't even grammar problems...it just the whole set up of it, it was weak. If I read through a story and I keep thinking that other things would work better to move the plot along...how can I possibly get lost in the story?
